Variance Applications

Some projects require variance approvals in order to obtain a building permit.  This is another service offered by Nolan Engineering.  We will provide all necessary documents, complete applications and attend meetings with you or on your behalf to assist in obtaining approval for your project.  We cannot guarantee that approval will be obtained, but we will do everything we can to work with you and the municipality in order to get your project approved.
