Structural Consulting/Inspection Services

Nolan Engineering, PLLC has qualified and experienced structural engineers and forensic inspectors that can provide a number of inspection and consulting services for both residential, commercial, and insurance clients.  From roofs to foundations, we will inspect all areas of a structure to ensure structural integrity, determine causes of potential failures, and provide recommendations for improvement/remediation. 

Our engineers and inspectors will service any area of NYS and can provide certified engineering reports and/or engineered drawings for Real Estate transactions, financing applications, contractors, insurance claims, building department citations, or to assist with litigation.  Our engineers are licensed in NY, CT, CO & DE and we are working to obtain licenses in other states as well!
