Site Planning Services

Many commercial projects require approval from the Zoning/Planning Department before the plans can be submitted to the Building Department.  The architects at Nolan Engineering are experienced with this process and will work with you and the municipality to get your project approved.  Although we cannot guarantee that your project will be approved, we will work diligently to create a space that will meet your needs and maintain code compliance.
