The plan is excellent but I only gave it four stars because I am having difficulty finding a contractor to perform the work. No matter how good your plan, nothing happens without execution.

I turned over our house plans to Nolan, in order to have them reviewed and updated to be NY certified. It took a while, but they did a great job.
We had Nolan Engineering prepare plans for a 24 X 32 pole barn for us. They were very easy to work with. After our initial appointment we felt they asked all the correct questions so that they knew just what we wanted. We received our preliminary plans 3 weeks later, had to make a couple changes and then received our final stamped plans a week later. The process was much easier than we anticipated and we are very happy with the whole process. We will be building this ourselves and will post pics when it is completed.
Our inspection and verbal report were done by John Furlong. We appreciated his thoroughness, and the time he took to explain his findings to us.
