Rich Nolan, PE
Rich is a licensed structural engineer with 14 years engineering experience. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from RPI and was employed by Knolls Atomic Power Lab for 8 years before starting Nolan Engineering. Rich is a member of the American Wood Council and the American Concrete Institute. He has 2 children.
Richard H. Green, PE
Richard established his engineering firm, Richard H. Green, P.E., P.C., in Delmar, NY, in 1984. In early 2015 Richard H. Green, P.E., P.C. was purchased by Nolan Engineering. Richard has over 44 years of experience in the Civil Engineering, Sanitary, Municipal and Structural field. He is a member of New York State Building Officials Conference (NYSBOC). He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of Hudson Valley Community College for the Civil Engineering and Construction Technology Curriculum.
Tom holds two degrees: a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome, and also a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to joinging the team at Nolan Engineering, he worked at L. Sipperly & Associates in surveying and land development. When not at work, he can usually be found outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking, running or biking.
Mariah studied business and accounting for 2 years while attending Galway High School. Prior to Nolan Engineering, she spent 3 years as the bookkeeper for a local drywall company. In her spare time you can find Mariah socializing with family and friends. She also enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and spending time in the Adirondacks.
Scott holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology from HVCC. He has over 5 years of experience in residential & light commercial construction. Prior to becoming part of the Nolan Engineering team, Scott worked for DeRaven Design & Drafting as well as for Richard H. Green, PE, PC, in Delmar, NY. He has designed and drafted all kinds of projects from additions to new construction. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and family, cooking, gardening and his classic car.
Louise holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture and Masters degree in Urban Design from University of Melbourne, Australia and was employed by a multi-disciplined architecture, urban design and interior design firm in Denver, Colorado for almost 7 years. She is a member of U.S. Green Building Council with LEED AP credentials in Neighborhood Development and New Construction.
