Site Plan and Building Design for Gas Station

A new gas station/convenience store in Queensbury, NY. The majority of the construction was completed and only final finish material such as wall paneling and coolers were being installed.

The design services include a detailed site plan, building plan and building construction documents. The gas station is to have both diesel and regular gas pumps. The building will be a single story building with approximate dimensions of 50’ by 80’. It is understood that the building may contain a Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru and a Subway sandwich shop. The building will be a convenience shop with counter areas, seating area, his/her bathrooms, office and storage areas. There will also be a propane refilling station with a buried propane tank.
